Name: Andrew
From: Texas
Bio: Systems Analyst. Frequented message boards in the infancy of the internet.
Area of Expertise: Technology Developer/Administrator
Topic: Getting, Sharing Information
Headline: More Info More Problems
Nutshell: Humanity may mature enough to handle the amount of information flowing around us.
Vision:Humans can’t handle this much information, but we are learning, slowly. Technology has increased the flow of information exponentially in the last 20 years.
As more and more information becomes readily available, less of it is actually used. This is seen in the media, internet, school, etc. There is so much information to be crammed in our heads that everything has been trimmed down to samples of the full story. There is also so much "junk" information that it becomes increasingly hard to pick through.
There must be a standard for information removal from the internet. Old, out-of-date web sites need to be dropped.
