Vision:As the Internet has impacted the world of words and books, so too will it challenge face-to-face interactions in the workplace. Why meet in person on a project if there is a technology solution that allows independence? On the plus side, this could be useful for bringing the best minds together if geography has no meaning. On the other hand, it makes the informal side of work and communication (looks, smells, water cooler conversations, softball games, Christmas parties) a lot less meaningful.
