Nutshell: We will all live (interact) in the same big room.
Vision:ICQ showed me the way back in 1995: we will all live connected to each other and the networks will be less and less of a restraint. Now, we need to be "connected" to get in touch, but WiFi, and more and more means of connection (UTMS, etc.) will truly make us live in the same planet (physically, we’re there, mentally we’re not yet).
We will be able to contact each other seamlessly in varied ways, but pictures and sounds are the natural way and it will be again (typing text is just not it, except for record-keeping purposes, but eventually we will be able to "search" our conversations too).
Next will come the seamless interaction with the objects of our lives…
