Vision:In the future everybody is going to have the internet available at their homes and everyone will use IP phones and talk through the computer, and they will talk with web cams in real time with no delays.
When you are on a vacation you will connect with your home network and check if everything is OK.
If you are sick it will be possible to go to a website where you can describe your symptoms and an artificial-intelligence program will give you some suggestions regarding what it could be and recommend if you should visit a doctor.
It will also help you when you go out to shop; for example, you could store a stat list in a small computer in your fridge and you could connect to that through your mobile phone and look at the list.
