Nutshell: Online employees: Are they more or less productive? By 2020 there will be more people working online than in RL.
Vision:By 2020 there will be more people working online than there are working in the real world. People will create their own "identity" online and lose their sense of indivuality. People will suffer from spilt personalities. In person they may be shy and online they may be talkative and outgoing. The internet is evil and don’t buy into it. It makes you fake!
