Nutshell: All office systems will be interconnected and able to talk to each other, as well as pass and share information.
Vision:As systems become more and more dependent on outside data and/or information it will become necessary to develope a universal language that will be shared openly by all.
This language will follow the format of HTML, XML etc. but offer a much richer set of capabilities. Through the development of this new universal language the need for translators or conversion routines will disapear. All information will be readily available and accessable by any system that needs it. This system could be in the same room or on the other side of the planet.
