Nutshell: Every person in the world will be connected and major decisions will be made in a digital environment.
Vision:Almost everything will be done only electronically, from conferences to shopping, etc. There will be two internets, one that is reserved for scholarly research, information and debate and one for the rest of the world for entertainment.
We will come to rely on electronic data too much and that one day there will be a massive, worldwide computer failure and innumerable amounts of information will be lost forever, and society will have to start over in certain areas.
