Name: Russell Grokett
From: Florida
Bio: My first web site born 3 months after NCSA & Mosaic 1.0 software.
Area of Expertise: Technology Developer/Administrator
Topic: Communication
Headline: GooglePhone
Nutshell: Hello phone, how many countries are there in the World, today?
Vision:"There are 268 nations, dependent areas, other, and miscellaneous entries today."
Marriage of Google, graphics & text, speech recognition, text-to-speech, AI learning agent, Geolocation, all into a wireless package (aka the cellphone) would provide instant information resource, second only to a direct Mind-to-Web interface.
Point your phone’s camera at a Chinese railroad station sign, and ask "When does the next train to Shanghai leave from this station?" Or "Translate to chinese; What is this?" and hold them the phone. "EAT EAT, GOOD STUFF!" it translates back.
And of course, its fuel cell-powered. "Excuse me, but my power is running low. There is a methanol store down the block."
