Nutshell: The Internet will make people more aware of where marketing and business communication will take us in the future, but there will be more problems.
Vision:Business communication with the public will be a big problem because it is becoming harder to detect if people are truthful. Online signatures may be required. Businesses will lose more and more money due to identity theft; they will have to find new ways to check identities, and it will still be pretty hard to tell who is who.
