Nutshell: There will be no more boundries with network addresses. All computers will be on one network.
Vision:Instead of having seperate networks determined by IP addresses, there will be one network that every PC and server connects into. The way that security will be determined is not by passwords but my biometrics. Your DNA will determine what machines and data you can access. So theoretically, you can be at the local grocery store and use a computer to access your home machine.
