  • American Indian Science & Engineering Society is a national nonprofit organization focused on substantially increasing the representation of Indigenous peoples of North America and the Pacific Islands in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) studies and careers.

  • National Society of Black Engineers aims to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.
  • Association for Women Geoscientists is an international organization devoted to enhancing the quality and level of participation of women in geosciences and to introduce girls and young women to geoscience careers.
  • National Association of Black Geologists and Geophysicists aims to Inform students of career opportunities that exist in the field of Geosciences; Encourage them to take advantage of scholarship programs, grant, loans, etc., that are established for minority students; Give financial support to students pursuing degrees in Geology and Geophysics; Follow the educational careers of the scholarship recipients; Aid minority students in the search for summer employment and aid corporate members interested in obtaining summer employees for positions that will enhance the students’ background and marketability; Allow minority geologists and geophysicists to establish professional and inter-company relationships – Assist in the development of professional standards and practices of members within their geoscience careers and entrepreneurial pursuits.

NABPT’s mission is to provide opportunities for increased visibility, networking, community service, career development, and mentorship.
  • National Association of Hispanic Nurses is committed to advancing the health in Hispanic communities and to lead, promote and advocate the educational, professional, and leadership opportunities for Hispanic nurses.
  • National Black Nurses Association aims to serve as the voice for Black nurses and diverse populations ensuring equal access to professional development, promoting educational opportunities and improving health.
  • National Society of Black Physician Assistants aims to diversify the Physician Assistant student body, specifically increasing the number of Black students; develop and maintain a national community of Black Physician Assistants; educate Black communities; and improve health outcomes in all communities with an emphasis on Black communities.
