Manage your career search:
Pathways (formerly Symplicity) is an online recruiting system that you can use to manage your career search. It is accessible 24/7. You will be able to view and apply for positions with employers who contact the Office of Career & Student Development with an interest in hiring Elon Law Students.
The Pathways system allows you to create a profile, store internship/job application documents, apply and search for internships and jobs, and participate in on-campus interviews and resume collections. You can also browse our extensive Resource Library to learn about crafting resumes and cover letters, exploring practice areas, discovering job search databases, and more.
