Call for Papers

We the People – Elon Law’s Constitutional Law Journal invites submissions for its Volume 3 with an expected publication date of December 2024. Our journal welcomes submissions throughout the summer in the areas of constitutional law from those who have obtained a Juris Doctor or who are currently working toward a J.D. at an accredited university.

Submitted works should be no more than 12,000 words (roughly 48 pages double spaced). Citations should be in footnote form and in compliance with the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

Articles should be word processed, double spaced, and include an author’s curriculum vitae with submission. Scholarly articles can be submitted through Scholastica (preferred) or email at wtpjournal@elon.edu.

We the People strives to advance legal education and scholarship through the contribution of intelligent discussion and analysis of the United States Constitution and constitutional law related issues.  We look forward to reviewing your submissions! Please contact us if you have any questions.
