  • StrengthsFinder Assessment and Coaching Sessions

    • We’d love to connect with you if you’ve taken the CliftonStrengths instrument and have questions or want to dig deeper into what your strengths mean, and how to use this information as a leader, employee, team member, etc.  Email Olivia Brown at obrown10@elon.edu to schedule an appointment.
  • Intersect Conference

    • Save the Date: October 4, 2024 for our annual leadership and diversity education conference open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members.
      • The Center for Leadership, and the Center for Race, Ethnicity & Diversity Education are excited to invite you to the 2024 Intersect Conference!
      • Intersect provides a look at the disciplines of diversity, leadership, and the cross-sections of the two. Participants engage in dialogue and reflection through keynote speakers and educational sessions.
      • The conference pillars work to inspire participants to create positive change for the common good in their organizations and communities. Learn More
      • Graduate students have an opportunity to register and participate or apply to be an education session presenter or small group dialogue facilitator.
