Leadership Ambassadors

Leadership Ambassadors play a vital role in helping the Center for Leadership (CFL) empower Elon University students with the skills and confidence needed to lead effectively. Through department-sponsored events and activities, they help their peers build leadership competencies and self-assurance.  These positions run from February – May and August – early December each year.

Key responsibilities of Leadership Ambassadors include:

  • Supporting office management and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with planning and executing CFL leadership development workshops.
  • Managing logistics for events, retreats, programs, and conferences.
  • Facilitating team-building exercises and leading Elon 1010 presentations on CFL programs.
  • Delivering 3-5 leadership workshops for student organizations and classes such as Elon 1010.
  • All ambassadors receive comprehensive training to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to leadership education on campus.

Celia Dupuy (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2025. She is from Collierville, Tennessee and is majoring in Human Service Studies. Celia defines leadership as creating an accepting and motivational atmosphere while empowering others through collaboration, positivity, and determination.

Belle Stephens (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2025. She is from Midlothian, Virginia and is double majoring in Strategic Communications and Sociology. Belle defines leadership as working with a group of people who have diverse skills and backgrounds to achieve a common goal.

Belle additionally serves as the Leadership ELR Student Assistant.

Alli Brandon (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2027. She is from Hastings, Michigan and is majoring in Elementary and Special Education. Alli defines leadership as being the change you want to see as an example for others.

Parker Sterling (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2028. She is from Randleman, North Carolina and is double majoring in Biology, Foundations of Medical Sciences and History. Parker defines leadership as the act of guiding, inspiring, and influencing others toward a shared goal while fostering an environment of continuous growth.

Kenzi Maness (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2028. She is from Randleman, North Carolina and is double majoring in History and Political Science. Kenzi defines leadership as the ability to inspire confidence and support those around you.

Gabby Frederick (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2028. She is from Oakland, New Jersey and is undecided. Gabby defines leadership as coming together as a united group of people to advocate for others and work towards goals, while also setting an example for others around you.

Cayce additionally supports the Leadership Fellows community engagement efforts and serves as the Alamance Youth Leadership Academy (AYLA) student coordinator.
