Leadership Fellows Common Good Initiatives

The Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows program is designed to strengthen students’ leadership skills and ability to impact themselves, their communities, and their worlds. The four-year cohort experience builds a strong sense of community among the group and allows students to develop close mentoring relationships with faculty and staff. All Fellows are required to complete a Common Good (research and) change initiative during their time in the program.

Fellows explore Common Good Initiatives through the question: “How Might We…” identifying a problem and developing opportunities to create positive change for the Elon community and beyond. Culminating presentations showcase how Fellows approached their area of interest using leadership and innovative ideas.
