Belk Library Liaison Program
The Belk Library Liaison program exists to build relationships between the library and academic disciplines on campus. Librarians are assigned to specific departments and interdisciplinary programs.
We collaborate with faculty to:
- Facilitate collection building – both adding to the collection and deselection
- Collaborate with faculty members on their research
- Promote new library resources
- Offer library instruction
- Assist with students’ research
- Orient new faculty to library resources and services
