Mentoring Initiatives and Design Team Final Report

Released in fall 2024, this report details the work of the Mentoring Design Team over the academic years 2022-23 and 2023-24. It includes an overview on the state of mentoring at Elon, briefly explaining the work that preceded that of the MDT, and the efforts undertaken by the committee to respond to its charge, noting successes and examining challenges represented by the various Pilot Programs. The report ends by offering recommendations that stem from what the committee learned over the past two years.
