McKinnon – Moseley 128
McKinnon Hall designed to hold a multitude of events including banquets, dances, party events and lectures. McKinnon can be sectioned off with room dividers into three individual rooms: D, E, and F. The sound system in each room can be controlled from a sound booth located at the back of the room. The lights can be controlled from individual light panels in each section of the room.
- Capacity: 450 lecture/220 banquet full room.
- Section Capacity: 100

- A/V Equipment: Projector, projection screen and DVD/VCR player
Ward Octagon – Moseley 105 A
Located in the Moseley Student Center, this room is ideal for student organization meetings for general use and executive meetings.
- Capacity: 25 People
- Room Set-Up: If you would like to add a table for catering please submit a request through FixIt.

Moseley 215
This is the largest conference room in the Moseley Center. It has a capacity of 90 people lecture style. The furniture can be arranged to best fit the need of the organization. The room contains several dry erase walls, chairs, and tables. Whenever possible, it is reserved for larger organizations and their events.
- Capacity: 30-90 (Depending on the setup)

- A/V Equipment: Projector, projection screen, computer, and DVD player
Covington Conference Room – Moseley 216
This room is one of three reserved for conferences and meetings. The room accommodates 25 people. It includes a dry-erase board and AirMedia with a pull down screen. The furniture in this room stays in a set square formation.
- Capacity: 16 Maximum (square shape)
- Furniture: Tables and chairs
- A/V Equipment: AirMedia, Ethernet jack, Dry erase board
*Furniture should not be moved.
Stovall Conference Room – Moseley 217
This room is also reserved strictly for conferences and meetings. This room has a capacity of 26, a dry-erase board, AirMedia, a pull-down screen, and furniture, which stays in a large square. This room is ideal for small meetings.
- Capacity: 16 Maximum (square shape)
- Furniture: Tables and chairs
- A/V Equipment: AirMedia, Ethernet jack, dry erase board
*Furniture should not be moved.
Lakeside Hall – Moseley Lakeside Hall 212/213/214
Lakeside Hall was designed to hold a multitude of events including banquets, dances, party events and lectures. The room can be sectioned off with room dividers into three individual rooms: 212, 213, and 214. The sound system in each room can be controlled from a Crestron Display located at the front and rear of each room and section. The lights can be controlled from individual light panels in each section of the room. All pull down screens can be synchronize for the same presentation. all three screens can be synced. (Specific room setups can be requested for this facility through FixIt).
- Capacity: 250 banquet/450 lecture
- Furniture: If you would like to change the layout of the room submit a Moving & Set-Up request through FixIt.
- A/V Equipment: Speakers, computer connection, projector, and microphone.
West Lawn
The West lawn is the grass plaza just outside of Lakeside Dining Hall. This area is suited for a variety of outdoor events and student organization solicitation.
