Are you planning an event? Click the link below to view our social/event registration guide and guidelines.
Student Event Requests
The student event registration process is a joint effort between the Moseley Center (Campus Center Operations) and Student Involvement through PhoenixCONNECT.
Faculty & Staff Event Requests
All events sponsored by faculty or staff must be registered through the Office of Event and Space Management using the PhoenixSPACES event management application. Please click here to be redirected to the Event and Space Management Office website.
Table Requests
Students and organizations can reserve tables in Moseley Center to create an awareness for events. There are nine tables in the first floor hallways designated as areas for groups to share information and engage in fundraising. Tables must be reserved through PhoenixCONNECT.
Speakers Corner, Demonstrations & Protests
To provide a convenient and visible location for spontaneous student activism and civic engagement activities/programs on campus, the Speakers’ Corner area (indicated by a sign in front of the Moseley Center) is designated for individual students or student groups.
Political Activities
Elon University encourages civic engagement and active participation in the process of democracy, which are central to the mission of preparing graduates who are “global citizens and informed leaders motivated by a concern for the common good.” We emphasize our responsibility to live in community, acknowledging our interdependence with others. We believe that civic engagement necessitates political involvement and active participation in democratic decision-making.
