Housing Information

All participants live in a single, fully furnished room in the Eddy. Participants have their own bedrooms and bathrooms and share common spaces. All utilities are included (including Wi-Fi). Sheets and towels are provided, too, as well as a weekly cleaning service. All housewares are provided (pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, etc.)

Participants all live together in apartment-style housing, creating a community feel. They are housed separately from the Elon in Los Angeles Study USA students.

Parking at the Eddy is very limited so spaces are granted as participants sign up. If you would like to bring a car, please talk to Ashley Pinney first to ensure there is room.

Location Information

In the heart of Hollywood, the Eddy is centrally located in Los Angeles, allowing participants to get around the city easily. You can see the Hollywood sign from the apartment rooftops. Close to major studio lots, this neighborhood is rated as a top location for young professionals in LA. It is right off the 101, the main highway that runs through downtown. The Vermont/Santa Monica subway station is a 25-minute walk.
