ELON COLLEGE, N.C. — Akilah Weaver, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weaver of Charleston, S.C., was elected vice president of the Student Government Association at Elon College, where she is a junior.
She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national service and leadership society, the Alpha Kappa Psi business society and the Gospel Choir. She is a Jefferson-Pilot Fellow and a student ambassador for Office of Minority Affairs.
