Elon University students hope to raise awareness about rape and sexual assault during a Take Back the Night march and candlelight vigil at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 14 in McCrary Theatre, located on campus.
Sponsored by Elon’s Kernodle Center for Service Learning, the Office of Student Life and the Women’s Gender Studies program, Take Back the Night is designed to display Elon’s commitment to addressing and reducing violence against women. Members of the local community are welcome and invited to participate in the march.
