Elon’s Jazz Ensemble will host a fall concert and dance at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 12 in McKinnon Hall, located in Moseley Center on the Elon campus.
The ensemble, led by director Jon Metzger, will play a variety of its favorite swing tunes. Free swing and Latin dance instruction will be offered at 6:30 p.m. prior to the start of the performance. There will be an open dance floor, but seating will be provided for those who wish to listen only. During the intermission between big band sets, Elon’s Jazz Lab I and Jazz Lab II will perform.
The concert and dance instruction are free and open to the public.
