The Elon University Department of Performing Arts will present “A Little Night Music” from Thursday, Feb. 13-Sunday, Feb. 16. Shows start at 7:30 p.m., Thursday – Saturday, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
The musical, written by Stephen Sondheim, deals with the universal subject of love. Sophisticated and stylish, this musical is also warm, funny, charming and very human. The waltz-inspired score contains Sondheim’s most popular song, the haunting “Send in the Clowns.”
The musical is directed by Catherine McNeela and choreographed Linda Sabo. Musical direction is provided by Ken Lee.
Tickets for the performance are $10, or free for those with valid Elon identification. Tickets may be purchased by calling the McCrary Theatre box office at (336) 278-5610. The box office is open from 12:30 p.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
