On Monday, May 5, 33 students were accepted into the National Spanish Honor Society, Sigma Delta Pi. Each of these students has met the following criteria:
- GPA in the top 35% of their class
- GPA of at least 3.0 in Spanish courses
- Completion, by semester’s end, of at least 2 courses beyond SPN 310 at Elon
- Completion of at least 3 semesters of college work
- Demonstration of genuine interest in and support of Hispanic culture
- Evidence of good moral character.
