Folk singer John McCutcheon is a master of a dozen different traditional instruments, most notably the hammer dulcimer. Among his distinctions, he performed in the first children’s concert on the Nashville Network and talked about songwriting on NPR’s “All Things Considered.” His 24 recordings have garnered five Grammy nominations.
