Dr. Karen Swartz is an attending psychiatrist at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Director of the Affective Disorders Consultation Clinic at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She will address the issues related to depression among college students including the symptoms, the current treatment options and the impact of this illness. She will also examine particular challenges faced by those with depression.
