Paul Waldau, “Religion and Ecology: Finding the Balance”

Paul Waldau is an authority in the fields of religion, law, ethics and animals. He holds a Ph.D. from Oxford, an advanced degree from Stanford in modern religious thought and is a graduate of UCLA Law School. He is Vice President of the Great Ape Project and advises the Animal Legal Defense Fund, the International Fund for Animal Welfare and the Wild Dolphin Project. Waldau will discuss the ecological and ethical conceptions of animals and the natural world.
