Winner of the third Carnegie Hall International American Piano Competition, Steven Mayer has garnered rave reviews for his performances worldwide. His program at Elon will include works by Mozart, Schumann, Ives and Bernstein. Mayer also takes audiences on a sentimental and riveting journey through the 1930s and 1940s with his unique repertoire of classic jazz legends Art Tatum and Fats Walker.
