The Computer Helpdesk has immediate job openings for 3 student workers for Fall 2003. Each student must be able to work between 10 to 20 hours.
The position primarily answers calls received at the Helpdesk, routes calls to appropriate departments and technicians, and maintains a work order tracking system. The student must have good customer service skills, be dependable and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Hours currently available are:
Monday – Friday 7am to 9am
Monday and Wednesday 3pm – 5pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7am – 2pm
Friday 7am – 5pm
