2004 spring break service trip to Dominican Republic

Elon Volunteers! is accepting applications for its spring break service trip to the Dominican Republic through Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village program. A group of 10 will be flying to the Dominican Republic for a week to interact with local citizens, learn about the Dominican culture and help others to build better lives for themselves, one family and one home at a time. No Spanish fluency is needed as the group already includes at least one translator, but it is guaranteed that you will learn some along the way!

EV! took a group of 10 to the DR during spring break 2003 and had an extremely successful trip. Students were able to raise funds individually to help pay for the expenses, and a couple students had all their expenses paid through their efforts.

This alternative spring break is a fantastic opportunity! Contact Greg ASAP as spaces are filling up fast!
