Freshman move-in day is Friday, Aug. 22. ALL faculty and staff are asked to park in the Elon Community Church parking lot, Elon East, Elon West or the parking lot at Rhodes Stadium. Shuttle service to and from these lots will be available from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Pick-up and drop off points will be Elon West, Rhodes Stadium, Center for the Arts and the Elon Community Church parking lot.
For freshman convocation on Saturday, Aug. 23, the Whitley parking lot will be designated for special needs parking and special guests of the university. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use the following parking lots: Elon Community Church, Jordan Center, Moseley or McMichael Center.
Open parking for all faculty and staff, students and visitors will be observed Monday, Aug. 25. Fire lanes and handicap parking spaces will be enforced.
Tuesday, Aug. 26, is the first day of classes and Elon University parking rules and regulations will be enforced.
Tram service between Danieley Center and McMichael Center will be operational as follows:
- Friday, Aug. 22, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 23, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Monday, Aug. 25, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Tuesday, Aug. 26, 7 a.m.-3 a.m. (begin normal hours.)
