Join nine others from Elon to experience a fun and reflective service trip to the Appalachian Mountains of NC. We will visit two different eco-villages, communities focusd on sustainable living. Mountain Mission Farms and Earthaven are both working to live more harmoniously with the Earth. Renewable energies, sustainable agriculture, and alternative construction are a few things that we will be learning about and taking part in as volunteers. This is a great opportunity to develop friendships, learn about efficient lifestyles, reflect upon your own lifestyle and possibly find ways to implement new knowledge into your daily life.
