The PC Support Helpdesk is currently looking for one student worker to fill the following hours as soon as possible:
Mon 7:30 am – 9 am
Tues 8 am – 10 am
Wed 7:30 am – 9 am
Thurs 8 am – 10 am
Fri 7:30 am – 11:30 am
The position primarily:
Answers calls to the Helpdesk,
Routes calls to the appropriate departments/technicians, and
Maintains a work order tracking system.
The student should possess good customer service skills, be dependable, and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
