On Tuesday, October 29th, more than 40 Elon students participated in a homelessness study in Burlington to estimate the area’s homeless population. Thanks to their efforts, more than 60 homeless individuals were interviewed. The information provided will be analyzed by a group of individuals from Dr. Betty Morgan’s Public Administration Senior Seminar class and sent to the Alamance County Inter-Agency Task Force on Homelessness. Thank you to all of those who helped survey. Your genuine efforts will help not only those whom you surveyed, but also other homeless individuals across the county.
