Elon’s dual degree program allows students to receive a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Elon and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from N.C. State.
Rich D’Amato, associate professor of engineering at Elon, says Erel was the first student to enroll in the dual degree program at Elon. He expects Erel and several other students to complete their degrees in the spring.
