TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OR WIND GUSTS WILL CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT. THE CENTER OF ISABEL IS FORECAST TO MOVE INTO VIRGINIA AFTER 8 PM AND TO PENNSYLVANIA BY SUNRISE FRIDAY. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE INTO THIS EVENING…WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH INTO THE HOURS APPROACHING MIDNIGHT.
THE RISK FOR DOWNED TREES AND POWER LINES WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THESE WIND CONDITIONS SUBSIDE. SOME FLOODING OF ROADS IS LIKELY. TRAVEL TONIGHT SHOULD BE AVOIDED IF POSSIBLE. FLOOD WATERS AND ROAD DEBRIS
