In its first year as a Southern Conference member, Elon placed a league-high 37 student-athletes on the SoCon's TIAA-CREF Fall Academic All-Conference teams, announced Thursday, Dec. 18. Details...
To be eligible, student-athletes must have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and have competed in at least half of their team’s competitions during the fall. A total of 241 students, with an average GPA of 3.54, were selected from the conference’s 12 member schools.
The All-Academic teams are made possible by a grant from the Southern Conference’s education partner, TIAA-CREF.
