Dr. Toshio Takeshita, a professor at Meiji University in Tokyo, will spend a day at the School of Communications Monday, Jan. 12. He is a researcher in the field of agenda setting in the media and is spending the 2003-04 academic year in the United States, working in the School of Journalism at teh University of Texas at Austin.
Takeshita will visit the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill before visiting Elon to meet with Brad Hamm, associate dean, and other faculty and international students.
