Seven economic students presented research papers at the Eastern Economics Association’s annual conference in Washington, D.C., February 19-22. The Elon students and their papers are listed below:

- Kristin Yanulites “Particle simulation applications: Social security and income inequality.”
Undergraduate sessions were sponsored by Issues in Political Economy, the undergraduate research journal edited annually by students at Elon and Mary Washington College. Other universities participating included Richmond University, Smith College, Wooster College, Ursinus College, Furman University, Mary Washington College, Radford University, Bellarmine University, the University of Minnesota at Moorhead and the University of South Carolina.
