Laura Roselle, associate professor of political science, chaired a session and presented a paper at the International Studies Association in Montreal.
The session was titled “Media and Foreign Policy: Hegemonic or Free Agent?” Roselle’s paper was titled “Explaining Failure: Superpower Means Never Being Able to Say You’re Sorry,” which she delivered during a session on Media, Communications and Constructivism.
