Michael Skube, assistant professor of communications, wrote a retrospective piece on the late Alistair Cooke which appeared in the Sunday, April 4 edition of The Los Angeles Times.
Skube’s piece examines Cooke as a writer. Cooke, who died March 29 at age 95, was a print journalist before he became famous for hosting Masterpiece Theatre and his series, Letters from America, on BBC.
