On July 16, assistant professor of physics Anthony Crider will present his recent pedagogical research, “Astronomy in the Hot Seat,” at a national symposium on teaching astronomy for non-science majors. The meeting, “Cosmos in the Classroom 2004,” is sponsored by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific and will be held at Tufts University in Boston.
