Effective Aug. 1, the Town of Elon will eliminate curbside parking on the north side of Lebanon Avenue between Williamson and Antioch Avenues. This change will allow for a widening of the driving lanes and increase traffic safety on this busy thoroughfare.
The parking spaces being lost in this change have already been replaced with
an expanded parking lot at East Gym across from Elon Elementary School. Parking permits for that lot may be obtained by contacting Campus Safety and
Police.
