Several members of the Career Center staff have been busy with professional organizations, presentations and conferences lately:
- Jim Allison gave a presentation to top seniors in the Alamance-Burlington school system on the topic of interviewing for college scholarships on Oct. 19-20
- Debby Wall recently earned the Duke University certificate in Nonprofit Management
- Rhonda Kosusko serves as president of the N.C. Career Development Association. She also serves on the N.C. Association of Colleges (NCACE) planning committee for the 2005 NCACE conference and as co-chair of the door prize committee
- Chris Smith was an invited presenter at the N.C. Career Development Association’s 2004 Fall conference in High Point. His presentation was titled, “Professional Vitality: Taking Care of Your Professional Development Needs,” based on his recently completed dissertation research.
