The project focuses on Alamance County war veterans. Students in Makemson’s Web Publishing and Design classes conducted and taped interviews with Alamance County veterans under the Library of Congress’s guidelines. Students then did further research, wrote stories and headlines, edited video, collected photographs and memorabilia, designed charts and graphics, and produced a website using Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash, Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
