Senior Adam Davis, third from right, was recently named one of six national finalists for the F. Byron Nahser Leadership Award. The award is presented by Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
Davis and four other finalists received $200 awards; Raul Cabrera of the University of Texas-Pan American was selected as the winner.
Davis attended Beta Gamma Sigma’s Student Leadership Forum Nov. 5-7 in San Antonio. He submitted an essay and application to enter the contest for the Nahser Leadership Award. Davis was one of 6 finalists from a pool of more than 70 applicants.
