Ridgell, organist at Philadelphia Cathedral and third prize winner of the 2004 American Guild of Organists National Competition in Organ Improvisation, joins forces with Elon pianist Hogan in an evening of music for organ and piano, including Soler’s delightful “Concerto for Two Keyboards,” Franck’s wistful “Prelude, Fugue and Variation,” and Hampton’s virtuosic “Alexander Variations.”
