Eight Campus Recreation Group Exercise instructors attended the 2005 Fitness Expo at the University of Virginia this past weekend. Instructors spent two days learning about fitness, technique, and choreography. Thirteen schools and more than 250 participants attend this year’s expo.
Elon Group Exercise instructors were among those from five schools who performed skills in yoga, pilates, strength training, step, kickboxing, and funk. Other schools that participated included George Washington, James Madison University, University of Virginia, and Virginia Tech.
Campus Recreation also accepted the bid to host the 2006 Fitness Expo at Elon University next spring.
